I was at my wit's end, in a dark place. I kept on feeling these pains in my body that I knew were connected to my emotions and state of mind. They wouldn't subside.

Then I stumbled across Core Energetics. I stopped being afraid of feeling my emotions, especially the uncomfortable, painful ones. I started to figure out how those emotions could help me. My relationship with my body improved, and then I began to have better relationships with others. My career started to bring me more meaningful experiences. And now I feel better in myself, and I am choosing the life I want to live.
